Architechniques, Ltd. worked with Walker's Bluff on preliminary designs, feasibility studies, and master planning for the planned resort starting in 2016 .  Our services included  early designs and design development drawings and estimates for construction of a 35,000 square foot Events Center; Designs and renderings of the planned casino, water parks, and hotels, as well as assisting in the master planning of the site.  In addition we have assisted in providing base renderings and graphics for inclusion in Walker's Bluff's graphic designs to promote these wonderful projects throughout the State of Illinois.  Although we realized that the project was to large for our single office to be able to handle without sacrificing our existing clients projects, we were grateful that Mrs. Cynde Bunch allowed us to be the local architectural representative and contribute to this project.
