Architechniques, Ltd. was the designer, architect of record, and provided contract administration services for renovations to 36,000 square feet of the University Mall in Carbondale.  This was an expansion of the Southern Illinois Healthcare Systems Offices as well as a replacement location for the Carbondale location of the SIH Rehabilitation.  This project totaled more that 7 million dollars in construction costs.  Fager McGee Construction provided Construction Management, and BFW provided structural engineering with WRF Engineers providing mechanical and electrical consulting services to Architechniques, Ltd.

Similar but smaller project for SIH included a renovation to an existing 13,500 square foot facility in Herrin for the SIH Rehab Outpatient Clinic - Herrin Hospital and a renovation to Harrisburg Urgent Care Center for SIH to include X-ray services and Outpatient Rehabilitation Services.
